To facilitate the Capital Subaru Uniformed Services Provincial motorists are advised there will be lane reductions / closures on Sunday, September 10, 2023 as follows:

Southside Road Eastbound to Blackhead Road: 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Harbour Drive Eastbound: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Temperance Street both directions 7:00 am. to12:00 noon
Quidi Vidi Lake clockwise Lakeview Avenue to Carnell Drive: 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon
Water Street Westbound- Prescott Street to Waldegrave Street: 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon
Waterford Bridge Road Westbound: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Motorists are advised to find an alternate route. Residents may be temporarily detained while race participants are passing. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your cooperation. A detour will be in place and flag persons and Race Marshalls will be present during the Race.
