Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 84, 2026, adopted on June 2, 2026, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Community Affairs.

In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 84, 2026, is to add “Dwelling Units on the 1^st storey – properties 24 to 30 Duckworth Street” as a Permitted Use in the Commercial Downtown Mixed (CDM) Zone.
