Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 27, 2023, adopted on November 28, 2023, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.

In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 27, 2023, is to rezone land at 40 Quidi Vidi Road from the Residential 3 (R3) Zone to the Residential Mixed (RM) Zone, to develop First Light headquarters. As well, to amend the buffering and screening regulations for the RM Zone.
