Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 55, 2025, adopted on June 3, 2025, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Community Engagement.

In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 55, 2025, is to amend the Planned Mixed Development 1 (PMD1) Zone by increasing the commercial area along Claddagh Road and reducing the frontage of proposed lots along Kinsale Walk.
