Take notice that St. John’s Municipal Plan Amendment Number 22, 2026, and St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 72, 2026, adopted on April 7, 2026, and approved on June 2, 2026, have been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Community Affairs.

In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Municipal Plan Amendment Number 22, 2026, is to redesignate land at the front of 746 Blackmarsh Road from the Urban Expansion District to the Residential District, to allow a Cluster Development.        

The purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 72, 2026, is to rezone land at the front of 746 Blackmarsh Road from the Rural Residential (RR) Zone to the Apartment 1 (A1) Zone, to allow a Cluster Development.
