Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 65, 2026, adopted on June 2, 2026, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Community Affairs.

In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 65, 2026, is to amend Appendix C, Map 5 “Waterways and Flood Hazard Areas” to reflect new and revised floodplains and floodplain buffers.
