Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 79, 2026, adopted on July 28, 2026, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Community Affairs.

In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 79, 2026, is to add a new definition of “Harbour Use” and add “Harbour Use” to the list of uses permitted within a body of water or floodplain and associated buffers.
