Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 80, 2026, adopted on July 14, 2026, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Community Affairs.

In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 80, 2026, is to repeal Section 6.20 HEAT PUMP, MINI-SPLIT HEAT PUMP, AIR CONDITIONER, OR EXHAUST DEVICE.
