Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 29, 2023, adopted on November 28^th, 2023 has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.

In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 29, 2023, is to add “Home Occupation” as a Discretionary Use to the Residential Special (RA) Zone.
