Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 37, 2024, adopted on June 25, 2024, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.

In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 37, 2024, is to amend the definitions, conditions, and standards of several dwelling types to enable a greater variety of housing in residential zones.
