Notice of Registration: Landscaping for Townhouses in the Residential 3 (R3) Zone
Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 87, 2026, adopted on October 6, 2026, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Community Affairs.
In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 87, 2026, is to updates Section 7.6.1(3) landscaping requirements for townhouse lots in the Residential 3 (R3) Zone.
