Notice of Registration - Residential Uses and Subsidiary Dwelling Unit Text Amendment

Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 57, 2025, adopted on August 12, 2025, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Community Engagement.

In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 57, 2025, is to enable more residential uses across various zones and change the requirements for Subsidiary Dwelling Units within a Single Detached Dwelling.
