NOTICE OF REGISTRATION
RURAL TOURISM USE

Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 23, 2023, adopted on September 5, 2023 has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.

In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 23, 2023, is to add a new Rural Tourism Use definition and add Rural Tourism Use as a Discretionary Use in the Rural (RUR), Rural Residential, and Rural Residential Infill (RRI) Zones.
