Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 76, 2026, adopted on May 19, 2026, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Community Affairs.

In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 76, 2026, is to amend Section 6.20 “Heavy Equipment Storage and Vehicle Storage Yard” by reducing the required separation distance from residential zones and zones that permit residential use from 20 metres to 15 metres.
