Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 36, 2024, adopted on October 29, 2024, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.

In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 36, 2024, is to amend Section 4.10 “Waterways, Wetlands, Ponds or Lakes” and Appendix C, Map 4 “Waterways and Wetlands” to protect Lundrigan’s Marsh, all wetlands with an overall weighted WESP score of 5 or greater, and all wetlands with an individual WESP grouped function score of 8.5 or greater.
