We have become aware that some residents have had trouble when registering for recreation programs due to an error in the RECconnect system that is affecting the accurate reading of age categories.

This issue has been escalated to the software provider, and we are currently awaiting a resolution. In the meantime, if you are experiencing this issue, please contact one of the following to have your correct date of birth manually added to your account:
