Take the first step toward becoming a certified lifeguard by enrolling in the Bronze Medallion Course. This nationally recognized certification challenges participants both mentally and physically while developing essential water rescue skills.

Course Overview

The Bronze Medallion program focuses on the four key components of water rescue: judgement, knowledge, skill and fitness. Participants learn to make safe and effective decisions, understand rescue principles and prevention strategies, develop practical water rescue techniques, and build the strength and endurance required for lifesaving. Candidates will enhance their assessment and problem-solving abilities so they can respond confidently to aquatic emergencies in, on, and around the water.

Participants must be 13 years of age. Upon successful completion, participants will receive certification in Bronze Medallion and Emergency First Aid.
