Motorists are advised that Pearltown Road from Brookfield Road to Old Bay Bulls Road is closed due to heavy drifting and reduced visibility.

The following roads also remain closed at this time:

• Ruby Line from Robert E. Howlett Memorial Drive to Main Road
• Cochrane Pond Road from Civic #51-135 off Back Line, Goulds
• Blackhead Road from Blackhead Village to Cape Spear

An update will be provided once these roads have reopened. Residents are reminded that in the event of emergency to call 911. During adverse weather, snow clearing crews work with first responders to ensure emergency access is provided.
