The Tely 10 Road Race will take place Sunday, June 25, 2023 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. The following traffic and parking restrictions will be in effect:

ROAD CLOSURES

Topsail Road Eastbound (closed from City Limits to Cornwall Avenue)

Cornwall Avenue

Hamilton Avenue

Lemarchant Road

Harvey Road

Military Road

Circular Road (Rennies Mill Road to Empire Avenue – Closed until Noon)

Rennies Mill Road (Empire Avenue to Rawlins Cross)

Monkstown Road (Catherine Street between Hayward Avenue to Rawlins Cross)

Bannerman Road (Military Road to Circular Road – Closed from 4 p.m. Saturday, June 24 until Sunday, June 25)

PARKING RESTRICTIONS

The following streets will be designated as No Parking – Tow Away from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Cornwall Avenue

Hamilton Avenue

Lemarchant Road

Harvey Road

Circular Road (North side between Rennies Mill Road and Empire Avenue – until Noon)

Bannerman Road

Motorists are advised to find an alternate route. Residents may be temporarily detained while race participants are passing. A detour will be in place and flagpersons and Race Marshalls will be present during the Race.
