To facilitate guide rail replacements, there will be a lane reduction northbound (toward the Village Mall) on Columbus Drive between Bay Bulls Road and Topsail Road starting on Monday, November 2. Construction is scheduled for approximately two weeks (subject to change). 

Signage will be in place and flag persons will be on site. Expect delays. Alternate pedestrian routes will be provided.
