To facilitate the George Street Festival, the eastbound lane of Duckworth Street, from New Gower Street to Bate’s Hill, will be closed from Thursday, July 30 to 3 a.m. on Thursday, August 6.

The sidewalk in this area will also be closed for pedestrian access, and pedestrians will be redirected to use the crosswalk on Duckworth Street at Bate’s Hill and New Gower. However, access to businesses within this area will be maintained.
