Motorists are advised that sanitary sewer upgrades are taking place on Empire Avenue between Freshwater Road and O’Dea Place starting Tuesday, June 2 and continuing Monday to Friday until Tuesday, June 30.

Motorists should expect delays. Pedestrian access will be maintained, and flag persons will be on site to direct traffic. The City apologizes for any inconvenience caused and appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation while this important infrastructure work is completed.
