Traffic Advisory: Lane Closures - Portugal Cove Road at Macdonald Drive / Prince Philip Drive Intersection
Starting Wednesday August 5, there will be temporary lane closures on Portugal Cove Road near the intersection of Macdonald Drive and Prince Philip Drive to facilitate work on the Crosstown Shared-Use Path project. Work is anticipated to take approximately two weeks.
Traffic control personnel and signage will be in place to guide motorists safely through the work zone. Slowdowns and delays are expected, and motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes whenever possible.
The sidewalk adjacent to the work area will also be temporarily closed. Alternate pedestrian routes will be provided.
