Motorists are advised there will be a temporary road closure from September 24 to October 2, 2026 for Empire Avenue between Carpasian Road and Rennie’s Mill Road to facilitate work of the Kelly’s Brook Shared-Use Path project. Local access for vehicles only, pedestrian traffic will be maintained. Signage will be in place, and flag persons will be on site. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes whenever possible.
