To facilitate paving, there will be delays and detours in and around the Portugal Cove Road, Major’s Path and Airport Heights Drive roundabout on Saturday, September 26 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., including:

• No access from Major’s Path: Traffic travelling westbound on Major’s Path towards the roundabout will be detoured via Airport Road and Craig Dobbin’s Way to Portugal Cove Road. During this time, motorists can continue to enter Major’s Path from Portugal Cove Road northbound.
• Right turn only from Airport Heights Drive: Traffic exiting Airport Heights Drive will only be able to turn southbound onto Portugal Cove Road. Access through the roundabout to Major’s Path and northbound Portugal Cove Road will not be available.
• No access from Portugal Cove Road Southbound to Major’s Path: Traffic travelling southbound on Portugal Cove Road will not have access through the roundabout to Major’s Path.  Portugal Cove Road southbound traffic wishing to access Major’s Path shall follow the detour at Crain Dobbin’s Way and Airport Road.
• No access from Portugal Cove Road Northbound to Airport Heights Drive: Traffic travelling northbound on Portugal Cove Road will not have access through the roundabout to Airport Heights Drive.  Portugal Cove Road northbound traffic wishing to access Airport Heights Drive shall follow the detour to Viscount Street.
