To facilitate the Tely 10 Road Race, the following road closures and parking restrictions will be in effect on Saturday, June 27 and Sunday, June 28:

Road Closures

Saturday, June 27, 4 p.m. – Sunday, June 28, 2 p.m.

• Bannerman Road

Sunday, June 28

5 a.m. – 12 p.m.

• Circular Road, from Rennie's Mill Road to Empire Avenue

7:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.

• Military Road, from Garrison Hill to Cochrane Street

8 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

• Topsail Road, from Burgeo Street to Columbus Drive (In this section, eastbound traffic may be permitted at reduced speeds under the direction of traffic control personnel)
• Columbus Drive, from Topsail Road to Bay Bulls Road
• Topsail Road, from Columbus Drive to Cornwall Avenue
• Cornwall Avenue
• Hamilton Avenue, from Cornwall Avenue to Leslie Street
• Lemarchant Road
• Harvey Road
• Military Road

Motorists should plan to use alternate routes during the event. Residents may experience brief delays while participants pass through the area. Detours will be in place, and flag persons and race marshals will be on site to assist with traffic management.

Parking Restrictions

The following streets will be designated as No Parking (Tow Away) zones at the dates/times noted below:
