Work at the intersection of Goldstone Street, Thorburn Road and Seaborn Street is expected to be completed on Thursday, October 8, weather permitting. New traffic changes will take effect once the work is complete.

The main change is new flashing green arrows for left turns onto Goldstone Street and Seaborn Street. Drivers may turn left only when the flashing green arrow is displayed.

There will also be some changes to the lanes:

• Westbound Thorburn Road: Two lanes will be for left turns onto Goldstone Street, with one lane for through traffic toward the Trans-Canada Highway.
• Eastbound Thorburn Road: One lane will be for left turns onto Seaborn Street, with two lanes for through traffic toward the Avalon Mall.

Please watch for the new traffic signal operation and signs when driving through the intersection.

These changes will help improve traffic flow and safety.
