Please be advised that the City of St. John’s is transitioning to a new platform for managing requests submitted to Access St. John’s. To allow for this transition, the online request submission form will be disabled effective April 11 at 9 a.m.

Once the transition is complete, a new Online Request Form will be available. An update will be provided once the transition is complete.

Please note that during this transition, Access St. John’s will still be available to residents 24 hours a day, seven days a week by email at access@stjohns.ca and by phone at 311 or 709-754-CITY (2489). Residents can also visit Access St. John’s in-person Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Access Centre located on the first floor of City Hall, 10 New Gower Street, St. John's.
