Weather-Related Parking Ban in Effect: March 24, 2026

The City of St. John’s is preparing for a significant winter storm. To support crews in responding efficiently and carrying out snow clearing and clean-up operations, on-street parking will be banned on all streets outside the downtown area, effective Tuesday, March 24 at 7:30 a.m. Vehicles parked on the street may be ticketed or towed.

An update will be issued when the parking ban is lifted.

This parking ban allows equipment operators to clear roads more quickly and safely without needing to navigate around parked vehicles, reducing delays and the need to return to previously blocked areas.
