Annually, the City of St. John’s provides funding for important projects through a variety of grant programs.

Applications are now being accepted for the Community Services Grants program, which provides financial assistance to organizations and individuals whose applications align with the City’s strategic directions. Over $1.7 million in funding is available in the following categories:

• Community Groups and Organizations
• Special Events and Festivals
• Sporting Groups and Organizations
• Artists and Arts Organizations
• Capital Grants

The deadline to apply and submit required attachments for all grants listed above is 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 25.

Grants for youth travel are open year-round, while the Heritage Financial Incentive Program grants applications open annually from March 1 to May 1.
