Planning to have amusement machines (like pinball, video games, pool tables, etc) at your commercial establishment? You'll need to pay licence fees annually. Operators and distributors of amusement machines are also required to be licensed annually.

You must have your licence before operating. 

Fees:

• Operator's Licence: $500 per year
• Establishment Licence (per machine): $10/year

Fees can be paid to Access St. John's by calling 311 or 754-CITY (2489) or visiting the Access Centre at City Hall, first floor, 10 New Gower Street.
