You must have your permit before displaying or distributing mobile signs. A licensed company provides certification from a professional engineer that the required specifications (e.g. design and anchoring) are met. Operators must complete the Mobile Sign Contractor's License Application before applying for a permit. 

Fees

• Mobile Sign: $48 for 6 months
• Mobile Sign Company License: $25 per year

Fees can be paid to Access St. John's by calling 311 or 754-CITY (2489) or visiting the Access Centre at City Hall, first floor, 10 New Gower Street.
