Street Rehab - May 27 to 31
Contractors may be working on the following streets from May 27 to 31 under the City’s annual streets rehabilitation and infrastructure maintenance programs. Work could include concrete/street excavation, concrete work, paving, heater scarifying, utility adjustment, ditch cleaning and culvert installation.
Detour - Canada Drive (from Baie Verte Street to Cowan Avenue)Daily - 7:00 a.m.
Lane Reductions - Run for Women8:00 a.m.

Work could include concrete/street excavation, concrete work, paving, heater scarifying, utility adjustment, ditch cleaning and culvert installation.
Paid Parking to be Implemented on Rickett's Road NorthPlease be advised that sidewalks have now been installed on Rickett’s Road North and in the coming weeks parking spaces will be transitioned to a paid parking area. Paid parking stations will be installed today, however paid parking will not be enforced until paving is completed in the area.

Closing of Street - Springdale Street (between Water Street & George Street West)Motorists are advised that Springdale Street, between Water Street and George Street West, will be closed on Wednesday, May 15 and Thursday, May 16 from 7:00 a.m.
Detour - Water Street (Clift’s-Baird’s Cove to Prescott Street) - May 14Water Street from Clift’s-Baird’s Cove to Prescott Street will continue to be closed to traffic on Tuesday, May 14 from 9 a.m.
