Updated - Closure Springdale StreetMotorists are advised that Springdale Street, between Water Street and George Street West, will be closed from May 15 to 19 from 7:00 a.m.
Lane Reduction - Carrick DriveMotorists are advised that Carrick Drive near the roundabout will be reduced to one lane in one direction entering from Newfoundland Drive on Friday, May 12 from 9 a.m.
Road Closure Circular Road (between Carpasian Road and Belvedere Street)Motorists are advised that Circular Road (between Carpasian Road and Belvedere Street) will be closed on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 from 7:00 a.m.
Update - Closure Springdale StreetMotorists are advised that Springdale Street, between Water Street and George Street West, will be closed from May 8 to 12 from 7:00 a.m.
Underground Construction Starts on Prescott StreetUnderground infrastructure installation will be completed at the Waldegrave and Water Street intersection in the coming days, and underground work at Prescott Street and Job’s Cove is starting on Mon. May 8.
Construction Planned for Waterford River Bridge at Blackhead RoadRepairs are planned to rehabilitate the Waterford River Bridge at Blackhead Road, with construction scheduled to begin on Mon. May 8 and be completed by the end of August.
Springdale Street ClosureMotorists are advised that Springdale Street, between Water Street and George Street West, will be closed from Mar 20 to April 28 from 7:00 a.m.
Water Street Construction Update April 28The final phase of the Water Street infrastructure improvement project that began on March 27 is progressing on schedule, with the underground infrastructure installation nearing completion at the Waldegrave Street intersection, and underground work scheduled to begin next week at the intersection of Prescott Street and Job’s Cove.

As weather permits, crews will be working to reinstate the road surface at the Waldegrave Street intersection during the coming weeks.
