Committee of the Whole Meeting Cancelled - May 21Please be advised that the May 20, 2024
Street Rehab - May 21 to 25Contractors may be working on the following streets from May 21 to 25 under the City’s annual streets rehabilitation and infrastructure maintenance programs. Work could include concrete/street excavation, concrete work, paving, heater scarifying, utility adjustment, ditch cleaning and culvert installation.
Visitor Information Centre Open for the SeasonThe Visitor Information Centre is ready to kick off tourism season by extending their operating schedule to seven days a week, beginning on May 21. Located at 348 Water Street, the Visitor Information Centre will be open from 9 a.
Paid Parking to be Implemented on Rickett's Road NorthPlease be advised that sidewalks have now been installed on Rickett’s Road North and in the coming weeks parking spaces will be transitioned to a paid parking area. Paid parking stations will be installed today, however paid parking will not be enforced until paving is completed in the area.
Victoria Day Holiday (May 20)Please be advised that City offices will be closed for the Victoria Day holiday on Monday, May 20. Garbage, recycling and yard waste collection scheduled for Monday will be collected on Tuesday, May 21.
