Effective Sunday, February 22 at 7:30 a.m., all on-street parking is banned on any streets outside the downtown area until further notice. Vehicles parked on the street may be ticketed or towed.
Please be advised that due to required maintenance the trail lighting around the Bowring Park duck pond will be out of service from Friday, February 20 to Sunday, February 22. An update will be provided on Monday, February 23.
Residents and visitors are encouraged to plan ahead and stay informed about traffic and transportation impacts in the downtown area during the 2026 Montana's Brier.
All streets are expected to be cleared by 4 p.m. on Friday, February 20.

The City of St. John’s is implementing additional traffic calming measures in 2026.
Due to ongoing snow clean-up efforts, there will be a delayed opening at the Southlands and Kilbride Lions Community Centres of 2 p.m.
Please be advised that City Hall and recreation facilities will open at 10 a.m.
Cancelled: waste collection and lane and leisure swims scheduled for 7 a.m. on February 19.
