The City has received an application to rezone land at 242 Danny Drive from the Industrial General (IG) Zone to the Industrial Commercial (IC) Zone for a Commercial Garage and Showroom (Retail Use). Commercial Garage is a Permitted Use in the IC Zone, and Retail Use is a Discretionary Use.
