The City has received an application to rezone a portion of land at 425 Blackmarsh Road, between 48 and 56 Welland Street, from the Apartment 2 (A2) Zone to the Residential 3 (R3) Zone to create one new lot for a Single Detached Dwelling. A Municipal Plan amendment is not required.

Garbage Must Be Covered Beginning April 1Garbage put out at the curb for collection must be completely covered from April 1 through November 30. Acceptable methods of covering garbage include using nets or containers (metal or plastic) with a closed lid.
