Street Rehab - June 19 to 23Contractors may be working on the following streets from June 19 to 23 under the City’s annual streets rehabilitation and infrastructure maintenance programs. Crosswalk Improvements: Military RoadTwo crosswalk improvement projects will take place on Military Road to enhance pedestrian safety and accessibility at Bannerman Street and Carew Street.
- A new crosswalk with flashers will be installed at Military Road and Bannerman Street.
Lane Reduction: Kenmount Road June 13, 2023There will be a lane reduction on Kenmount Road for eastbound lanes from Wyatt Boulevard to 479 Kenmount Road for a two week period Monday to Friday beginning Tuesday, June 13 to Friday, June 23, 2023 from 9 a.m.
Paid Parking Time Limit ExtendedThe City has received feedback from the local business community and the public, indicating that the maximum parking time limit of two hours is insufficient when visiting the downtown core. In response, maximum parking time limits will increase to three and four hours in multiple on-street parking areas, effective June 19, 2023.
