2023 Capital Budgets ApprovedToday, City Council voted to approve the capital budget for 2023, totaling $17,329,041. Capital projects cover a wide range of services including transportation improvements, water and sanitary service upgrades, housing projects, capital grants to community groups, snow clearing equipment and playground infrastructure.

The City has received an application to rezone land at 366-374 Empire Avenue from the Apartment 1 (A1) Zone to the Residential 3 (R3) Zone to accommodate a townhouse development on a new public cul-de-sac.
Deadline Extended for Award NominationsThe deadline to submit nominations for the Applause Awards has been extended to March 2, 2023.
