The City of St. John’s is pleased to share its latest schedule for the Trail Explorers Program, designed for all members of our community.

We have space in some of our youth and family recreation programs this fall. Help your child or family learn new skills with our hands-on, confidence-building programs.

The St. John’s Regional Fire Department (SJRFD) is now accepting applications for Temporary Firefighters.

With schools reopening the first week of September, the City of St. John’s urges everyone to stay safe in school zones.

The City of St. John’s is moving forward with plans to construct a new state-of-the-art fire station in the Goulds, setting a new standard for sustainable municipal infrastructure.

The following cruise ships are scheduled to arrive in the port of St. John's: 

• Volendam at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, September 2, and departs 5 p.m.
• Norwegian Jewel at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, September 3 and departs at 6 p.m.
• The Seven Seas Splendor at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, September 3 and departs at 8 p.m.

Contractors may be working on multiple streets from September 1 to 6 under the City’s annual streets rehabilitation and infrastructure maintenance programs.
