Leisure Pool Opening: Paul Reynolds Community CentrePlease be advised that repairs to the leisure pool at the Paul Reynolds Community Centre are now complete. The pool will reopen on Sunday, April 20 following it’s regular schedule as follows:

Application - 55 Groves RoadThe City has received an application to rezone land at 55 Groves Road from the Rural Residential Infill (RRI) Zone to the Residential 2 (R2) Zone to allow the development of semi-detached dwellings. A Municipal Plan amendment is also required.
Application - 425 Blackmarsh Road (Welland Street), April 2025The City has received an application to rezone a portion of land at 425 Blackmarsh Road (between 418 Blackmarsh Road and 70 Welland Street) from Apartment 2 (A2) Zone to the Residential 2 (R2) Zone to create one new lot for a Single Detached Dwelling. A Municipal Plan amendment is not required.
