Update on Street Rehabilitation Work on Southlands Boulevard
As part of the Street Rehabilitation program, construction work for Southlands Boulevard is concluding in late fall 2022.
The construction update:
- Construction on Southlands Boulevard between the City limits and Ruby Line is currently ongoing and expected to be completed by November 4.
City Celebrates $25,000 Grant for Tree PlantingThe City is the recipient of a $25,000 grant from Tree Canada and CN Rail for tree planting in city parks and open spaces, as part of the EcoConnexions – From the Ground Up Program.
The grant was celebrated today with a tree planting ceremony in Bowring Park.
